Scope

These terms cover use of this website and our general way of working. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work that sets out scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables.

Ownership of deliverables

On full payment, the code, designs, and assets we build specifically for you are yours. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, and may reference the engagement as a case study only with your consent.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential and will sign your NDA on request. We ask the same discretion in return.

Liability

We stand behind our work, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. The website is provided as-is.
